So I was running my Cyberdeck on Debian but I was never happy about it. I use Arch on all my devices and even though I like Debian, I wanted Arch so bad. I kept getting the same error over and over: No GPIO. And then?
"a start job is running for /dev/disk/by-partuuid/1f012386-02"... You are now in emergency mode.
All I had to do to fix this would deserve its own post. But it's done now!!
Officially! My Cyberdeck is running on Arch Linux ARM!

I haven't touched html/CSS since around 2018, it's rough having to remember everything I learned and not get overwhelmed with how much everything has changed since.
I'm loving this website, too much freedom, too many options, it's so good and at the same time, overwhelming. I will work on it though, this is that kind of project that is a constant WIP.
Besides, I always have weird stuff to do and try.

So I got this mini LG laptop, back in the day, it seemed like a great idea.. Until it wasn't. Little I knew that battery would die and there would be no autonomy for this little thing... at all.
It came with Windows 7, it was kinda slow when I bought it, painfully slow by the time I tried to give it a good use during graphic design class. That's when I bought a -real- PC, a Toshiba Satellite.
I might add this thing on my projects page because Ohhh man. It was... a thing. Went through every little error I could get, so might give it a journal entry for it I think it's worth.

Being at home, someone showed up with an old MOBO. "Hey, do you have any fan for a CPU" Oh man, you know what's the worst? I indeed had a fan for that specific CPU. The last piece he needed to build that PC made of discarded pieces around the house.
This will be another project, probably, a simpler one.
How I built it, how the experience went, what errors we got and of course, how I setup that host that is working now as a NAS, for local files.
